Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take for my order to be shipped? 
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Business days are Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Processing entails picking, printing, and packaging the product to be shipped out.
During the holiday season, orders are taking 5-7 business days (M-F) to process before shipped. All current orders guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Pre-Orders have their own shipping timeline on the product description.
How long does shipping take?
All packages are sent with the United States Postal Service
Domestic:
First Class Mail (3-4 days)
Priority Mail (1-3 days)
International:
Generally, USPS international deliveries take between 7-21 days, but there is no guarantee on time frame. Some shipments may take 4-6 weeks depending on the custom practices of the receiving country. 
What is the type of material used? 
All of our clothes are either 100% Ring Spun (preshrunk) cotton or a blend of cotton/polyester unless otherwise stated.
Who do I contact for bulk/custom purchases? 
If you are interested in making a bulk/custom Playmaker purchase, please email support@playmakerbrand.com with the subject line "Bulk Order"
 
What is the Returns/Exchange policy? 
Returns and exchanges will be permitted as long as we are notified within 72 hours of receipt of the package. There are no store credits/exchanges if notice is outside of the return window. 
Returns must be unworn, in new condition (free of hair), and cannot be washed or dried.
No returns or exchanges for worn/used sneakers.
Can coupons/discounts be combined?
Only 1 discount/coupon code can be applied per order. Site-wide promotions and other discounts cannot be combined.
